DADA, takes its name from Theo van Doesburg's 1923 letterpress book where bold, towering letters reveal the title "Wat is DADA???". In affiliation with the Bauhaus and Dada movements, Doesburg emulates two opposite vanguards: the functional and the surreal. An interplay of Modernism and Art Deco influences, the DADA armchair is made of a polished stainless steel frame, with polished brass accent hardware that holds a round bolster as the back support and gives the chair its playfulness and comfort.
