DADA, takes its name from Theo van Doesburg's 1923 letterpress book where bold, towering letters reveal the title "Wat is DADA???". In affiliation with the Bauhaus and Dada movements, Doesburg emulates two opposite vanguards: the functional and the surreal. An interplay of Modernism and Art Deco influences, the DADA chandelier is composed of hand blown glass globes held on a steel plated tiered frame. A polished brass locking system secures the globes on the frame and can be unlocked to release the lights, suspended by the brass ball stop on its steel plated mesh cord. Available in 2 sizes
